You can make a screen shot of the video settings in the game ..
Also inform your system and build.

Ok so it has been many hours since i have informed technical support about my proplem that i cant see my subs in the launcher and nothing has been done and the message i have send in oplata isnt even been looked ad by seller i ask nicely as a customer to fix the issue
