The developer said that you used the VPN before registration, during registration, and after registration. Initially, IP was from India, then IP from the USA.
Now you (or the person to whom you gave the account) are trying to log in from the new PC. IP addresses are also different from the old and the new PC.
The developer told you to register a NEW account on the ORIGINAL IP (without VPN).

let me enplane this it was me in India i was on my vacation and i got stuck there for over 4 month cuz of this covid-19. now i just got back from india 2 days ago thats why it showed my location india and now in usa . i did not give out my account info to anyone . so i was on my original laptop that i been using here in usa that was all confusion. i really dont wanna create new account for spoofer cuz my website n spoofer account has the same user-id and email
